Sentencing to begin for S.Ind. mom who's kids died in crash

HENRYVILLE, Ind. (WHAS11)--A Henryville, Indiana mother convicted of driving under the influence will find out Thursday how much time she will serve in prison.

Fouch plead guilty in February, agreeing to a blind plea—meaning she admits to causing the death of her two children while driving under the influence of marijuana and meth but does not get the opportunity to negotiate her sentence.

Fouch faces up to 24-years behind bars.
