LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) -- The Journalism & Communications Magnet at Manual high school is remembering a former student killed earlier this week.
In a tweet, the department describes 22-year-old Sienna Summers-Miller as an environmental activist who was kind, gentle and graceful.
Homicide detectives are currently investigating her death. Police had originally called the case a death investigation, but they're now ruling it a homicide.
She was found in her garage with a gunshot wound Monday night, April 16. It happened on Charles Street in the Germantown neighborhood.
