HARDIN Co. Ky.(WHAS 11)--Police in Hardin County arrested a man and charged him with murder after a double shooting.
The shooting happened after 10 p.m. Thursday in Radcliff on Knox Blvd., not far from the gates of Fort Knox. Timothy Hargroves was found behind the complex where the shooting took place in a wooded area and was then taken into custody, according to police.
Hargroves is charged with murder and is set to appear in court.
A man, identified as 56-year-old Bernard Williams, and a woman, identified as 33-year-old Millareisha Dixon, were shot and flown to Louisville. Police said Williams was shot three times and died after being flown to Louisville.
Dixon is in stable condition at the hospital.
Hargroves has a child with Dixon, police say. The child was home at the time of the shooting and is currently with family.
