The son of a Jeffersonville fireman, Todd Antz grew up watching firefighters all over the area help raise funds for the WHAS Crusade for Children. He founded a grass roots beer festival to do the same 13 years ago, and it’s grown to feature samples of hundreds of beers, cider and wine. The Keg Liquors Fest of Ale takes place Saturday, June 2, 2018 at the New Albany Riverfront Amphitheater. The beer festival sold out last year, and raised more than $16,000 in donations. Todd joined us with Holly Cole from New Day Craft Mead & Hard Cider with details on the festival, along with several firefighters from the New Albany Fire Department. Tickets start at $40 in advance and designated drivers get in free.
