Dan Johnson will remain on Louisville's Metro Council
LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) -- Dan Johnson will remain on Louisville's Metro Council, but he will have to follow strict guidelines.
Council members voted 13-6 in favor of keeping Johnson on Metro Council with the following restrictions.
According to Metro Council President David Yates, removal proceedings would cost taxpayers $100,000.
He's accused of groping fellow councilwoman Jessica Green and exposing his rear end to a council aide. He denies those allegations. This hearing could last three days.
